The New Year is the perfect time for this as the sooner you start thinking, the better the pricing will be and you can start paying it off over the months, instead of having to pay for it upfront, in one lump sum.
A corporate getaway is great fun and it benefits companies in many ways. Not only does it give employees something to look forward to, but it will hopefully increase productivity as the mood in the office will be better, as the months approach for the getaway.

City breaks are popular as they are often done over a short period of time. A lot of companies will pick a city nearby, as this will cause minimal disruption in the office, but it’s something their staff members can look forward to. When on a city break, you can book additional activities such as a cocktail-making class, a comedy club or a karaoke night, on top of your meal and accommodation.
Hiking Trip
Be out with nature and explore various landscapes. A hiking trip is perfect as it’s affordable and it’s something a lot of your staff may have not experienced before. You could go away for a day or two, or if you fancy a challenge go for a week. When on a hike, you’ll be spending a lot of time together, which is perfect for team bonding. Your staff will get to catch up and become closer, the longer they hike. Your hikes could be local or you could book a hike abroad, as this way, you get to experience completely new landscapes and terrains.
Spa Break
A spa break is popular as it gives your employees a chance to relax and unwind. Employees can bond together over a glass of champagne in the spa cafe, before having a massage and forgetting about the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A lot of spa breaks will include treatments within the package you book, but if not you can add one as an extra. Your spa break could be local, it could be within the country your office is based or you could opt to take your staff abroad for a spa break, it depends on how well they have been performing at work.
